Welcome to Fasal Bhai. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fasal Bhai mobile application ("App") and related websites and services operated by Stratovista Internet Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Fasal Bhai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About Fasal Bhai

Fasal Bhai is a crop and khet advisory product for Indian farmers. It helps you get guidance on pests, disease, irrigation, fertiliser, weather-related crop stress, and yield for crops such as wheat (गेहूँ), rice (धान), cotton (कपास), and vegetables (सब्ज़ी)—through issue-based booking, expert call requests, and a Q&A library.

Advisory content and expert conversations are for general farming information only. They do not replace advice from a qualified agronomist, local Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), or government extension services where those are required.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information (including a valid Indian mobile number).
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or use it under parental / guardian guidance.
• The App is intended for use in India.

3. Account & registration

You may create an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for:

• All activity under your account
• Keeping access to your phone/OTP secure
• Not sharing your account for misuse or resale of access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse expert call / booking features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fasal Bhai to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or our APIs
• Use bots or automation to abuse bookings, Q&A, or support
• Harass experts or staff, or share abusive / illegal content
• Resell App access or redistribute proprietary content without permission

5. Expert calls, bookings & Q&A

• Booked calls depend on expert availability; slots may be rescheduled or cancelled if needed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate crop type, issue details, and contact information so experts can help you.
• Q&A answers are general guidance and may not fit every field, soil, or weather condition.

6. Intellectual property

The Fasal Bhai name, logo, app design, software, and platform content belong to Stratovista Internet Private Limited or its licensors. You may use advisory content for your personal, non-commercial farming use within the App. You may not copy, brand-clone, or redistribute the App or its content without written permission.

7. Paid features (if offered)

Some features may be free; others may later be offered as paid access (for example subscriptions or one-time purchases) through Google Play or other authorised payment partners. If you buy a paid feature:

• You manage cancellations through your store account settings
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with notice where required by law or platform rules

Refunds for eligible paid purchases are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or product changes. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (network, device, third-party outages).

9. Third-party services

The App may rely on third parties (hosting, analytics, messaging, payment processors if payments are enabled). Their terms and availability may affect your experience; we are not responsible for their independent failures or policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of Fasal Bhai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

11. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time via Delete Account or by emailing help@fasalbhai.in. We may also suspend or terminate access if required by law or for Terms violations.

12. Disclaimers

Fasal Bhai is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or any particular crop yield, pest control outcome, or financial result from following advice in the App.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratovista Internet Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, crop loss, data loss, or lost profits arising from your use of the App or reliance on advisory content.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
