Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Fasal Bhai, the crop and khet advisory app operated by Stratovista Internet Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").

Core advisory features may be available without charge. If you purchase a paid plan or add-on inside the App (when offered), this Policy explains how refunds may work.

1. What this Policy covers

• Paid digital access to Fasal Bhai features (if/when offered)
• In-app purchases processed via Google Play or other authorised partners

Fasal Bhai does not sell physical goods (seeds, fertiliser, pesticides, equipment). Refunds apply only to digital purchases made for the App.

2. Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window for eligible paid purchases, subject to:

• Google Play (or other platform) refund rules
• Request made within 7 days of the purchase date
• A genuine service issue that prevented use of the paid feature (we may ask for brief details)

Refunds may be declined for misuse, chargeback fraud, or Terms violations.

3. How to request a refund

• Via Google Play: Account → Payments & subscriptions → Order history → request a refund (Google may decide under their policy).
• Via Fasal Bhai support: Email help@fasalbhai.in with your registered mobile number, purchase/order ID, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Processing time

If a refund is approved, credit typically appears within 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Timing is outside our full control once the refund is initiated by the store.

5. Subscriptions (if offered)

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund earlier charges. Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions → Fasal Bhai. If you cancel within the refund window and believe you qualify for a refund of the latest charge, contact help@fasalbhai.in.

6. Free use & no purchase

If you only use free features and have not made a purchase, there is no payment to refund. You may still delete your account at any time.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last Updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of paid features after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
